Call for Submissions for CPA’s Annual Convention, AKA: ChronCon!
Anyone is welcome to submit an idea and/or plan.
What session was missing from last year? What do you want to share with CPA?
~A panel discussion?
~Certain speakers you’d like to see?
~A workshop you want to host?
~Break-out rooms for small discussions?
~Something else we’ve never had?
The theme for 2025 is “How Creative Can We Be?”.
Living peacefully, joyfully, and comfortably with chronic pain and illness asks us to be creative with how we live, think, and approach life. This year’s theme, “How creative can we be?”, is an invitation to those who are submitting Session ideas, as well as for members attending the convention. Dream, imagine, play, pray, brainstorm work-arounds, celebrate! Just how Creative can we be while honoring our limits, and living our best lives?
To be clear; your session does NOT need to be about art or creativity! No artistic or craft experience is required to submit a session idea, or to attend. Please try to incorporate the theme concept in your session/workshop/speaker panel, etc. – even if only subtly connected.

Mission Statement
ChronCon is the annual international convention of Chronic Pain Anonymous. The convention strives to support people living with chronic pain and/or illness, by providing a platform with unique engagement opportunities such as panels, workshops, and spaces for community connection. ChronCon’s primary purpose is to nurture Chronic Pain Anonymous as a whole by carrying the message of recovery to those who still suffer, while also strengthening connections between members around the world.
Memorial Submissions
As part of the last session on Sunday, we will be holding a tribute for those CPA Members who have passed. The fellowship has found reminiscing our members at ChronCon to be healing. We truly believe that remembering those we have lost helps keep their spirits alive in our hearts.
